David Pogue’s Tech Videos

May 7, 2009

David Pogue, Tech columnist for the New York Times and CNBC weekly guest, produces a video released every week, or so. Well, it turns out the video he does with CNBC becomes the video for the week on the New York Times Technology video. Pogue is an Apple fanboy and loves to review our upcoming consumer technology. Through his videos, he places comedic and family orientated scripts for the everyday person to understand tech. Bascially, it’s another tech show, but done in a style that’s just more hillarious or outright different. But different is better, and when it comes to understanding the technology around us and the choices we make when we buy a new laptop or a new cellphone, David Pogue breaks it down for an average Joe to understand.

The downside is that he only reviews a product per video, or a group of similar products, but you can read his columns if your up to reading. I occasionally read them, and they’re just as insightful, but you don’t get that Pogue charm when you watch the video, and that’s what makes this podcast unique. So take a break in your day to watch this podcast, and you won’t forget the way David Pogue presents the technology.

Nice review, big fan of Pogue and his podcast, one of the most respected technology journalists with a sense of humor as well 🙂

I reviewed the David Pogue podcast on my own blog here –
